Sunrise Juice Recipe

My Omega J8006 masticating juicer might just be one of the best things I have ever bought. I love juice and I also love to get in as many fruits and veggies as possible in a day. Seriously, I try to eat 12 cups a day. Some days I am busy and do not have time to sit down and eat a ton of food so I break out my juicer and get juicing! This sunrise juice recipe is perfect for beginner juicers, it is easy and tastes amazing.

Sunrise Juice

I love to start my morning with a juice and sunrise juice is the perfect way to start the day. It is perfect for beginners because it is sweet with a little tang.

Making juice is an easy task. The first step is to set up your juicer, you can use whatever juicer you have but I prefer the Omega 8006.  After you set up your juicer, gathers those fruits and veggies and get washing. Take the time to wash your fruits and veggies, typically when they say already washed the produce is not completely washed.

Now you are ready to juice! Turn on your juice and start with the oranges, they are the softest and I have learned to put the softest fruit first.  Next juice part of the carrots to help get the oranges out. Then put in the pineapple. Finish juicing the carrots and add the ginger.

When all of your produce has been juiced, pour the juice into a glass if you plan to drink it right away. If not, pour it into a mason glass and place into the fridge.  Try to drink your juice within 24 hours of making for optimal nutrition.

A huge tip that I can give you is to wash your juicer parts right away. Cleaning off dried on produce is no fun and a lot harder than cleaning your juicer right away.

I love the health benefits of fresh juice especially when I am too busy to sit and eat a bunch of food. Let me know your favorite juices to buy or make!

  1. I don’t own a juicer as I have smoothies more than juices but this juice does sound relish and really good for you! I like the idea of mixing a little veg in with the fruit to make it even healthier 🙂

  2. I absolutely love this juice combination! I have a slow juicer and try to juice frequently but tbh I don’t do it as often as I’d like since cleaning out the juicer is such a pain haha

This looks amazing! I need to try this – I”m not a big breakfast person but I always have a healthy smoothie, so I’d love to try this too!
