Making juice is an easy task. The first step is to set up your juicer, you can use whatever juicer you have but I prefer the Omega 8006. After you set up your juicer, gathers those fruits and veggies and get washing. Take the time to wash your fruits and veggies, typically when they say already washed the produce is not completely washed.
Now you are ready to juice! Turn on your juice and start with the oranges, they are the softest and I have learned to put the softest fruit first. Next juice part of the carrots to help get the oranges out. Then put in the pineapple. Finish juicing the carrots and add the ginger.
When all of your produce has been juiced, pour the juice into a glass if you plan to drink it right away. If not, pour it into a mason glass and place into the fridge. Try to drink your juice within 24 hours of making for optimal nutrition.
A huge tip that I can give you is to wash your juicer parts right away. Cleaning off dried on produce is no fun and a lot harder than cleaning your juicer right away.
