There are certain things that when I bake I just want to do quickly. I want it in the oven as soon as possible. Banana bread is one of those items for me. When I want banana bread I want it in and out of the oven in under 1 hour. This recipe tastes amazing and delivers those results in under 60 minutes, ok sometimes 70 if I spend to much time pretending a can sing and dance while baking.

Anyhooooo, let get into this recipe.

You can either use a stand mixer or a hand mixer. I decided to use a hand mixer to make this batch of banana bread. Place your butter and sugar into a bowl and cream together until light and fluffy. It will take you around 1 minute to mix together and make it fluffy.

Next up are the eggs. Add both eggs and mix until smooth and one again fluffy. Mix for about one minute until everything is cohesive.

Here comes the star of the show, the BANANAS. Add 3 ripened bananas and mix to your liking. If you like chunky bananas in your banana bread don’t mix as much. If you are like me and do not like chunks of bananas then mix until there are no big chunks.

Add in your dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Grease the bottom of your loaf pan and pour in the batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.  Let cool and then dump out of the pan and ENJOY!

Do you see how easy that was? Seriously anyone can make this banana bread, even if you have no baking experience and I promise it will taste amazing.
