I have a slight love of peanut butter. If I am craving something sweet there is a good chance that it has a peanut butter flavor. This smoothie is my way of curbing my sweet tooth cravings without having to deal with the guilt.  All you need is seven simple ingredients, a blender, and a hungry belly to make this guilt-free smoothie.

Start off with bananas. Two to be exact and the riper your bananas are the sweeter you smoothie will be. Slice your bananas and freeze them. Frozen banana add an amazingly smooth texture to this smoothies. I always buy and freeze a bunch of bananas at a time so that I can always have them on hand whenever I need them.

  2. I make a smoothie almost every day! It’s such an easy way to get in a lot of nutrition. I’m also a huge fan of adding greens to my smoothies ; ) I usually add a scoop of plant protein (without added sugar or artificial sweeteners and made with minimal ingredients) into my smoothies as well for an added protein boost.

  3. Get out?! I can have chocolate and peanut butter and still consider it a green smoothie? Definitely pinning for later.

One taste – and I just couldn’t!!
